9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1. These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Zealand.

10. $500 Prezzy Card Competition

 

10.1 This competition gives participants a chance to win a $500 Christmas Prezzy Card upon the installation of an EV (Electric Vehicle) charger. By participating in this competition, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

10.2 

Each eligible entrant stands a chance to win a $500 Christmas Prezzy Card. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

Entrants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Entrants must have purchased AND installed an EV charger through Green EV NZ to be eligible for the draw. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the organizing company are not eligible to participate.

10.4 

For every EV charger installation purchased and installed, the participant will receive one entry into the draw. Multiple entries are allowed per participant, corresponding to the number of installations made.

 

10.5

A minimum of 15 EV charger installations must be purchased and installed collectively by all participants before the competition deadline for the prize draw to be activated. If the total installations do not reach 15 by the end of the competition period, the draw will not take place. The competition commences upon its announcement and concludes at 11:59 PM on 15th December 2023. Entries after this deadline will not be considered for the draw.
